The first section of rates below are for the three main divisions of our most popular loan program family, the Cash Flow Optimizer. We encourage you to review the explanatory page on these exciting programs. They can be very beneficial for a borrower who may intend to rent their property out at some point in the future. The second section lists some of our more convential programs.
As the page is not all inclusive of the programs and terms we offer, please contact our office directly for more specific answers to your individual loan scenario. Under certain situations, many modifications and alterations to our standard loan programs (see below) can be made to tailor a product to your specific needs.
Note: All rates, payments and A.P.R's listed below are based on a loan size of $250,000, a 1% Broker Fee, 3 Year PrePayment Penalty, 30 Year Term, and 75% LTV for a 2nd home. Foreign currency payments have been calculated at a 1.85 ratio for the British Pound Sterling, and 1.26 ratio for the Euro. Any rates published here are subject to change without notice and may not be available at closing. Further, by publishing these rates, JRD Global is not making a promsie or committment to lend. Each applicant for financing will be approved on declined on an individual basis after reviewing their income, credit, equity and any and all other information deemed relevant.
