Apartment/MultiFamily (5+ Units)Transaction size:>$500K-$50 million+.
Retail: Although short term rates & terms are readily available, we offer extremely competitive, long term fixed rates for loan sizes $1 - $50 million +, 65-80% LTV, non-recourse, 5 to 30 year amortizations.The best rates & terms are available for properties with strong cash flow & strong tenants.
Investment Properties of all kinds:Any Mixed Use, Office, Warehouse, Light Industrial,Mobile Home Park …. Any property with strong cash flow will qualify for competitive, long term fixed rate financing.
Small Loan Program:For loans under $1 million who can provide substantial alternate credit sources. This program is a true “Stated Income” program for commercial properties.
